With most of the systems taken over, I wanted to start on the Penetration Test Report for the lab. So far I had kept my documentation in bullet-point form using Keepnote. I have to admit that I should either have written the documentation directly in parallel with hacking through the lab, or at least have prepared the entries in Keepnote more thoroughly. Now I will probably have to take another quick look at most of the systems. That was unfortunately not an optimal approach. In hindsight, I can only recommend investing more effort in the mandatory report right from the start.
